:O ‘Tikbalang’ or ‘Beneveolent Horse’

Tikbalang, huh? I definitely hadn’t heard of this one.
What we’ve got here, evidently, is a creature from Philippine folklore with—you guessed it—the head and limbs of a horse and the chiseled torso of a man.
Now, they’re either the evil transformations of aborted fetuses who live in the wilderness and spend all day luring travellers off the beaten path and into a lifetime of hopeless wandering,
OR,
they’re the secret guardians of elemental kingdoms who stand watch, keeping the ethereal realms protected and secret. They’re definitely one of those two things.
Watch your back, though. According to youtube, they’re out there waiting right now.
